R-W's Service Department has the experience and knowledge to safely service your overhead cranes, jib cranes, gantry cranes and hoists. We have trained service technicians who will be able to get your material handling equipment up and running, and have been providing our customer's an effective service solution since 1912.

R-W Crane's Parts Department works with every major brand and manufacturer to guarantee our customer's equipment is repaired and working quickly. Our service technicians work directly with our parts department to make sure parts arrive quickly and are on site for scheduled service requests. We work closely with our customer's to make sure they are aware of the scheduled maintenance programs which prevent costly downtime.

R-W Crane's Operator Training offers a wide variety of programs to meet our customer's needs.

We offer in house and onsite "operator training" and "train the trainer" courses. All of our couses are designed to teach safe operating procedures, daily inspection procedures, load handling safety and OSHA compliance.

We provide testing and certification classes that promote safe operating practices. Upon completion of the final examination all participants receive a completed class certificate.
