STATIONARY DOCK SEAL
Generally designed to suit 8' wide x 8' high openings. This series is recommended when the tightest possible seal is required and full access to the rear of the truck is not required.
Two foam side pads and one foam head pad wrap around the door opening, sealing the gap between the building wall and the truck.

ADJUSTABLE CURTAIN DOCK SEAL
Generally designed to suit 8' wide x 10' high openings. This unit is used to seal higher door openings when a head pad will not work. A top header curtain is supplied with a rope & pulley system that can be raised and lowered to suit a variety of truck heights. Two foam side pads seal the gap between the building wall and the truck.

FOAM PAD CURTAIN DOCK SEAL
Generally designed to suit 8' wide x 10' high openings. This series is used on higher door openings when a variety of trailer heights are being serviced.
Two foam side pads seal the gap between the building wall and the truck while a foam head pad that can be raised and lowered on a track and roller system creates a tight seal at the top of the truck. A torsion spring with an integral follower curtain ensures a complete seal.
ADJUSTABLE HEADER DOCK SEAL
Generally designed to suit 10' wide x 10' high openings. This unit is ideal when full access to the rear of the truck is required. With a standard velcro split head curtain, this unit services a variety of truck heights.
Unlike conventional pads that seal the back of the truck, this unit allows the truck to back through the vertical pads forming a tight seal against the sides of the truck. The velcro split head curtain is raised and lowered on top of the truck allowing full access to the rear of the truck.

Generally designed to suit 10' wide x 10' high openings. This series provides full access to the rear of the trailer while creating a tight seal against the top and sides of the truck.
Wear flaps are located on the head curtain at the contact areas and a double layer of fabric is sewn onto the bottom 24” of the side curtains for added reinforcement.

RETRACTABLE DOCK SHELTER
Generally designed to suit 10' wide x 10' high openings. This series provides full access to the rear of the trailer while creating a tight seal against the top and rear of the trailer. The collapsible frame is designed to retract upon impact from the trailer thus reducing pressure against the curtains and extending the life of the unit. This also allows for less pressure against the building wall. FIXED HEADER INFLATABLE DOCK SEAL
Generally designed to suit 8' wide x 8' high openings. This series reduces pressure against the building wall unlike conventional pads while creating a tight energy saving seal against the back of the truck.
A one piece air bag construction with a unique internal baffle system creates a square faced design increasing contact area. This design ensures that off-centre trailers & even trailers that are not spotted square to the opening are sealed.
ADJUSTABLE HEADER INFLATABLE DOCK SEAL
Generally designed to suit 8' wide x 10' high openings. This series services a large variety of trailer heights. This unit minimizes pressure against the building wall from an incoming trailer as the unit is inflated after the trailer has docked.
A unique internal baffle system in the vertical air bags creates a square faced design that increases the contact area against the back of the trailer. An internal retraction spring allows the header air bag to be fully retracted when not in use to prevent damage from incoming trailers.

Rain Deflectors-LET IT RAIN!
Wilcox's Rain Shroud can be retrofitted to your existing unit to keep rain water out of the loading dock area.
A foam wiper blade design creates a tight seal against the top of the trailer to keep rain water out of the loading dock area.
This economical design is virtually maintenance free with no mechanical parts to wear out.
