Insulated High Speed Roll-Up Door

- Fast operating speed of up to 80" per second supports a continuous workflow. * Electric motor, 230v or 460v/3ph/60 Hz electric power is standard.
- Panel: The 1-5/8" thick door panel is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, enclosing a urethane core, providing optimal insulation for energy savings with an R-value of 12.4. The innovative Micrograin™ exterior surface finish is a White Aluminum color (RAL 9006). Synthetic panel connectors provide an extremely smooth and quiet door operation.
- The Duratec® double pane windows offer exceptional insulation and are coated with a proprietary glazing which prevents marks and scratches caused by cleaning. Duratec® windows retain their clear view even after many cleanings and with heavy use which ultimately reduces maintenance costs and downtime.

- Guide tracks: Galvanized steel with enclosed chain. Precision guiding with synthetic side rollers for minimal wear on chains. * Low headroom option requires only 22" of space above the door opening and easily accommodates low-clearance applications. * The standard 8'0" high light curtain is integral with the guide track, making it less susceptible to damage by passing loads. Light beams shine across the opening and if a beam is interrupted, the door is automatically reversed.

CarGuard Safety System UltraSecure 3000

Prevents Injury Albany doors offer more protective sensors than anyone in the industry. As a result, the risk of injury to people and damage to vehicles is reduced significantly. One of the most common causes of injury or damage to vehicles is when a door comes down on a person and hits them in the head or face. This is often the result of photo eyes being improperly installed, or worse, not installed at all. The CarGuard Safety System offers a full curtain of protection up to approximately six feet high on both sides of the door. As a result, loads cannot go below or through the beams without being detected. Once an object is detected, the door automatically retracts. No door is as safe as Albany.

In the event of an emergency, they want to get out fast. Albany's exclusive BacOut Safety System is automatic. Simply pull the brake release and the door will begin to open, allowing egress to occur easily and efficiently. No manual cranks or climbing ladders to open a door without power. Simply pull the brake release and you are able to get out. Availability dependent on door size.
